Our fathers went to Vegas. We go to Havana.
Vegas was built to be talked about. Havana was not. Bachelor parties, bachelorette weekends and corporate events, run by a team that actually lives in Cuba.
Three kinds of weekend. Pick yours.
Same city, same team, completely different trip. Each one is planned from scratch around your group.
Bachelor party
Villa in Miramar, a night out that does not end at midnight, a catamaran with nobody else on it, and a cigar factory to blame the hangover on.
Bachelor weekends →
Bachelorette party
Private pool, a salsa teacher who does not let anyone sit down, rooftop cocktails over Old Havana, and a spa day nobody argues about.
Bachelorette weekends →
Corporate events
Incentive trips, team building and small conferences. Written programme, invoicing, transfers, interpreter, and someone on site the whole time.
Corporate in Cuba →
What happens in Havana stays in Havana. Mostly because the wifi doesn’t work.
Vegas has a slogan about discretion. Cuba just has bad signal, no roaming and a lot of rum. Same result, better music.
How it works
No catalogue, no packages you have to squeeze into. You tell us the group and the dates, we build the weekend around them.
Tell us the basics
How many of you, roughly when, and what kind of weekend you have in mind. Two minutes on the form below.
Get a real plan
Within 48 hours you get an hour-by-hour programme with accommodation, transfers and a fixed price per person. Change anything you want.
Land and forget about it
Our team meets you at the airport and stays with you until you fly home. One phone number for everything, including 2am.
What you can actually do here
Not a wish list. These are the things we book week in, week out.
- VIP entry and table at Havana’s best clubs
- Bar crawl through Old Havana with a local host
- Vintage American convertibles, city tour or airport pickup
- Private catamaran to Playas del Este
- Tropicana or Parisién cabaret, front-row seats
- Buena Vista Social Club concert
- Cigar factory tour and a private rolling class
- Rum and cocktail workshop with a Havana bartender
- Salsa lessons that turn into a night out
- Deep sea fishing off the north coast
- Diving and snorkelling, Varadero and beyond
- Spa day and private pool villas
Why book with us and not from a laptop abroad
We are in Havana
Our team is on the ground. When a club changes its door policy or a driver is late, somebody physically goes and fixes it. That is the whole difference.
One price per person
You get a fixed figure before you book, with a written list of what is in it and what is not. No envelope at the end of the weekend.
One contact
The person who writes your programme is the person who answers the phone in Cuba. Nothing gets handed to a call centre.
Since 2008
We have been organising groups in Havana since before most of these clubs existed. We know which suppliers still deliver and which ones stopped.
Questions people ask before booking
How many people does a group need?
Four is comfortable, twenty is easy, forty is a corporate job. Below four we can still help, but a private villa stops making financial sense.
Villa or hotel?
Villa if the group is over six and wants a base with a pool and no closing time. Hotel if you want service, breakfast and separate rooms. We quote both.
When is the best time to come?
November to April is dry season and the safest bet. July and August are hot and lively. September and October are hurricane season — we will say so rather than sell you a week we would not book ourselves.
Do you sort flights?
No. We handle everything from the moment you land. Flights to Cuba change constantly and you will get a better price and more flexibility booking them yourself — we will tell you which routes are actually operating.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on group size, accommodation and how many nights out you want. Send the form and you get a real figure, not a range.
Tell us about the weekend
Group size, rough dates, what kind of trip. We come back within 48 hours with a programme and a price per person — no obligation, no deposit at this stage.
